This two-day event is designed to equip you with the essential skills and principles of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) and Mediation, enabling you to foster deeper, more empathetic connections with those around you and contribute to peaceful conflict resolution. This is a first step to becoming a trained mediator in NVC!

What is NVC?

Nonviolent Communication is a powerful approach to communication and conflict resolution that focuses on empathy, compassion, and understanding. Whether you’re a seasoned mediator, a community leader, or simply someone looking to enhance your interpersonal communication skills, this training is suitable for all levels of experience.

No mediation or NVC experience?

None is needed! ALL are welcome and invited to this training. There is something for everyone. This course starts with the fundamentals of Nonviolent Communication and Mediation. No previous experience is necessary.
